Great day, crappy film.
Things seen:
1. Manhattan.
2. Wild pitch. Watch out, batter!
3. Doorstep, Verandah Place.
4. Breakfast sandwich at Mile End. (Seen and eaten!)
5. Jane’s Carousel, Dumbo.
6. Great photo spread from an old soccer magazine on the 1970 World Cup teams, at Bar Bruno on the corner of Union & Henry Streets.
7. Backhoe and skyline.
8. Portal to a perfect view.
I love my borough.

Hi Tran,
You have several really nice pics here. However, I think the reader (and you’re blog) would be better served with captions under each photo. With captions directly underneath the photos, you provide the full story immediately, instead of having the visitor repeatedly scroll up and down to figure it out. Having to go up and down over and again is annoying and disorderly. Any reason you chose not to place captions underneath the photos?
Another suggestion: you might consider cutting the pics that aren’t that great. That would strengthen the post by focusing on only your best photos.
Love the Manhattan view from BK (first pic), love the breakfast sandwich!
I’m not digging the last three, the baseball pic, or the steps. Although I can deal with the steps if it led to the breakfast sandwich. The last photo seems redundant because the first photo is better; the construction truck, the carousel—not sure what the points are. Third to the last: maybe it would be good if you had the complete clock in frame–I’m also confused by the caption.
Best regards,
Skelly
I suppose, sandwich-time was great;
looks like it was great ‘)
looks like it was morning.
